CuttGreen is a full service lawn care and maintenance company and we are looking for experienced Team Leaders and Drivers. Our business is growing fast and we offer great long-term opportunities for the right candidates. The ideal candidates will possess a working knowledge of outdoor power equipment to include: mowers, line trimmers, edgers, chain saws, sod cutters, pruning saws and blowers. Must be able to manage a crew of up to 3 landscape crew members, lift 50 lbs., work outdoors and be able to train and oversee employees to company performance standards.

We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape installation and maintenance. Career growth opportunities are available for the right candidates. Must have valid Driver License and a good driving record.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Weekly lawn mowing, edging, and string trimming around trees and beds

• Willing to work in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

• Valid Driver license

• 4+ years of relevant lawn care and/or landscape experience

• Knowledge of plant materials and landscape installation

• Communicate effectively with clients

• Must be able to operate a mid-size truck, and learn to operate motorized equipment

• Work effectively with office personnel and team members

• Punctual, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks without immediate supervision

Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour – Depending On Experience
